The Rev Dr Linda Bender is lead pastor of Ancient Joy Ministries where she a healing and teaching minister for the church and wellness center.

Linda has a wealth of scientific background which makes her a great grounding source as well as a wonderful teacher and lecturer.  She is extremely compassionate and her gift of empathy allows her to feel first hand what is going on in your body as she works with you either in her office or over long distance.  She helps in all life areas both hands-on and life coaching.   Working out of several offices in the Philadelphia area and around the world remotely over the internet or phone.

After a near death experience, Linda’s senses were enhanced beyond normal human ranges. This hypersensitivity allows her to effectively help others.  Linda’s additional training is with Christian, Native American, Native Hawaiian Healers and John F. Barnes Myofascial Release techniques.  She is versed in working with all kinds of issues including trauma and abuse.  She is interest in environmental impacts to health and has personal interest in neurobiology.


Linda is unique from other healers because she approaches life in a scientific manner, so she looks for the scientific basis of why healings work and is able to enhance and combine different methods because of her understanding.  Her work is effective so that other healers seek out her skills.

She worked as a professional in Corporate America for over 20 years and is quite an accomplished teacher and lecturer.  She holds several business and spiritual degrees including MBA, Masters of Metaphysics,  Bible and Christian Leadership and a Ph.D. in Holistic Life Coaching. Linda, a perpetual student at heart, is currently working towards massage licensing so she can legally continue to practice her art once the new massage laws are adopted by Pennsylvania .
