Among the techniques Linda uses are:
Reiki*- Japanese
Infuses “God Energy” into the body for physical, mental and spiritual healing. Heightens sense of inner peace and spirituality. All four levels of Usui Reiki as well as advance techniques are employed.
Acupressure (Shiatsu)- Ancient Chinese
Fingers press key points on the skin to stimulate the body’s natural self-curative abilities, releasing muscular tension and promoting blood circulation. Similar to acupuncture, but uses pressure instead of needles.
Reflexology (zone therapy)- Chinese
Massages or presses areas in the feet, hands and ears to stimulate the flow of energy, blood, nutrients, and nerve impulses to the corresponding body zone.
Myofascial Release (MFR) – modern physical therapy
This profound healing method releases the holding patterns in your body by elongating the fascia, removing restrictions and restoring movement. It uses many hands-on techniques and is very effective for physical issues including backaches, fibromyalgia, scar tissue pain, sclerosis and woman problems.

Swedish and or Sports Massage – traditional massage techniques
Either full body or isolated body part like Back, foot, hand to help heal your pains. Often recommended by your doctor. The sports massage can help warm up muscles and speed recovery after exercise.

Pranic Healings*- Indian
Applied on the bio-electromagnetic field known as the aura, or energy body, which is a blueprint that surrounds and interpenetrates the physical body. This energy body absorbs life energy and distributes it throughout the physical body to promote healing.
Energy Massage*+ (Qi Gong, Healing Touch, Healing Hands, Therapeutic Touch, Reconnection are all variations)
A combination of techniques as the body requires. It includes hand-on, hands-above and life coaching… The techniques employed depends on what the body is requesting as well as the skills of the healer.
Mudpacking & Foot Baths
Using moorish muds and other botanicals, clear interference fields and underlying infections in scars. Using Foot Baths to finalize the process to remove the stirred up toxins. Materials are extra.
Cord Cutting*- Ancient Cultures
We are spiritually attached to anything we touch, cord cutting can remove negative attachments even on objects which you obtained from flea markets that may now exist in your environment.
Energy Medicine*
Loosely based on Reiki where energy and colors are introduced into the body using intuition and insight. The healer works on the various spiritual levels and can bring patients out of coma if it is spiritually induced. The healer ‘goes into’ the body spiritually.
Many times God sends angels to help so the process cannot be interrupted once started until they complete the task. The healer just provides an approach into the body in these cases.

An energy massage along the chakras to restore shape and speed of the chakra energy, promoting health.
Huna Techniques*-Hawaiian
Techniques from the Ancient Hawaiian peoples. Many which the popular ’The Secret’ is based.
Polarity Healing*
Incorporates energy bodywork with gentle or firm touch, and rocking to balance the energetic patterns of the body, freeing energy blocks and promote self-healing.
Sensual Oil Massage
A spiritual practice which engages the senses to get you in touch with your body, mind and spirit… The total body treatment reduces stress and promotes healing. You may also have a partial body treatment of the head, hands or feet which can be very relaxing. Sensual oils are applied directly on the skin. Additional cost of oils which start at $40- the charge on the appointment includes the first $40, if you want something more expensive that would be additional.
Hot Stone Massage +– Hawaiian
This Huna tradition provides a nourishing and relaxing ritual using warm stones and massage giving you ultimate relaxation. Additional cost of processing the stone is $30- included in the appointment pricing.
Crystal Healing
Uses the electromagnetic vibrations of crystals to heal. The healer imparts an intuitive intention on the crystal before placing it on the body. The crystal becomes alive and will determine when it is done its healing work.
Shamanic Healings* – Ancient Cultures
Shamanic medicine is a tradition dating back 25,000 years. This healing affects the energy field and creates physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual balance. Shamans are the ritual leader, herbalist, and mediator between the community and the spirit world.
Quantum Nutrition
Using medical intuition determine which micro nutrients are missing in the body which is preventing the body from operating well. Provide a nutritional ‘prescription’ to resolve the deficiencies. Will require followup since the ‘prescription’ changes as the body every 4-6 weeks. Known to be effective in even serious illness. Supplements are extra.
